Peter Pan as a chain has (until now) proven itself time and time again. This time in Lübeck you can get a delicious and fresh burger (Holzfäller) again and enjoy it with crispy sweet potato fries. Very clear recommendation on my part.

Unfortunately, Peter Pane delivered an absolutely poor performance with our order. Point 1: AFTER placing the order, you will be shown how long the approximate delivery time is. We had 89 minutes. Quite hard when you're hungry, but we could still live. Point 2: The delivery came after more than 2 hours, without notification that it would take longer. Cheek. Point 3: No way to reach anyone. The only option is the impersonal 0815 form on the website. Point 4: The driver handed over the food and was already gone. I still tried to look into the crumpled bags. Unfortunately the driver did not react to my waiting ... Point 5: The delivery was incomplete and unfortunately more cold than warm. Complaints not possible, as described above, no telephone availability. I've read the reviews now and it seems to be the standard lately. Food: 3/10 Service: 1/10 I hope someone reads this who would like to order something delicious and then knows that he would rather not order here. (More like a game of chance, do I get my food or not, is it warm or cold, is it complete or not.)

Very nice, centrally located, typically furnished Peter Pane restaurant. Super nice young staff. Just go there, enjoy and have a great time. Recommended at any time.

Very successful concept, makes a fresh, modern and fantastic impression. The seats look better than they are comfortable ... but that's not why you go there. The food was perfectly okay, but not a bargain ... Would go again

We enjoyed our visit here very much. Even without a reservation, we got a place after a short time. The food came after a short wait and we liked it very much. We would love to come back!

I have been at this place many times over the years, and have always had a "hit or miss" experience. Sometimes the service, the quality and the atmosphere are nice, but sadly most visits either have curt, uncaring waiters, and/or messed up orders. Additionally, twice my burger came much later than those of my friends/ family. Waiters also have a nasty habit of accusing me of not knowing what I ordered, only then to apologize because they mixed up tables. If these incidents happened at peak operating hours, I would have more sympathy, but I have had disappointing experiences at all hours, during the week as well as the weekend. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wishes to have a calm, comfortable evening. This restaurant is simply not capable of providing a consistently good dining experience that you can trust.

You have to have a lot of patience, it took just about 1 hour to be served 3 Standard burgers with french fries. The burger was fine but nothing special and the prices were on the expensive end.

The food is very tasty and inexpensive. Large selection and great quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the waiting time is quite long.

Get a place for 4 people even without a reservation after a short waiting time. Waiting for food was a bit long, but was worth it. Everything tasted great.

Everything was great, great staff and great food. The menus are always worth it and there have never been any complications or anything. ☺️ You just have to be prepared for the fact that it will be late in the evening, around 8 p.m. I think it was that the music would be a lot louder.

Great atmosphere, brisk, very friendly service, who also advise if you are undecided. We ate burgers with sweet potatoes fries, delicious and everything was very clean.

My first visit to the Peter Pane chain: simply great! The lunch menu is really a good deal with burger, drink and even a dessert;) (My tip: take a large 0.5 liter lemonade as a drink, because you can also take it!) Burger was delicious, staff friendly, toilets clean. What more do you want?

After a short wait, we were seated at the table by a waiter, another took our order, as we had been sitting there for a few hours, the service was great here. The toilets were freshly wiped through, in other branches even stories of Peter Pan are running on the toilet. Reservations for large groups required, we had the lunch menu 1 burger of your choice, with fries or nachos, soft drink or 0.33l beer and frozen yogurt and a topping of your choice, service and food first class. So far, Peter Pane has always been worth it, price / performance is also very good. Treat yourself to that.

Great burger, delicious, plentiful and a good overall concept in connection with the bar and lounge feeling. We had to wait a good quarter of an hour for a seat, but that only shows good quality, even if there is a lot going on during the week. Nice service. There is only one point deduction for the drink prices. 3.60 EUR for a 0.33 L. Cola are too much in my eyes. But otherwise everything is tip top.

Ordered by Liferando, got the food after 2 hours, French fries were cold and the cheese on the burger was glassy and it was at most lukewarm. Called once after an hour and a half. As an excuse a 5 € voucher that can only be redeemed in the shop. Ordered on a Wednesday at 1:42 pm. On site everything was always great, unfortunately rather bad about Liferando.

Great atmosphere and delicious burgers. The service employees in particular try to make the visit an experience and are very courteous. The music is sometimes a little too loud, but can be turned down if desired. The rooms are tastefully furnished and are reminiscent of an adventure land where you can just let your mind wander. The prices are reasonable for the quality and this restaurant is recommended for low-carb as well as vegetarians and vegans.

The evening menu (burger + fries or salad + cocktail) comes at a fair price of under 20 euros. Had the "Feige Ziege" (beef burger with goat cheese, walnuts and fig chutney) - overall quite good, but the patty was quite firm in consistency and I would have expected the goat cheese to be stronger. Cocktail "Sunlight" (tequila, lemon, orange, grenadine) tasted good to me, fruity but not too sweet. Fries great, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Service was very nice, a bit slow (but it was also quite full that evening). Would come back.

Basically, you can eat well here. We were here on a Saturday evening and were all bitterly disappointed. First our starter (nachos) was forgotten. The burgers arrived lukewarm, the meat was cooked to death, one burger was wrong. Extra requests were repeatedly not taken into account (no salad on the burger). The nachos came as a "dessert" and were an unbelievable cheek for the price. What they put on the table for us was the rest from a bag, which didn't have anything to do with nachos. The cheese sauce had been standing so long that it was completely solid. The cocktails were admittedly really tasty. The service staff was friendly but very inattentive (we wouldn't even be asked if we'd like to have a drink). For the price, I expect a lot more!

Looked like nice place to get lunch with the family. Came inside and got a fine table and a babychair. So far so good. We looked through the menu and found all the things to order. And now we waited and waited. Because of Corona the place was only about half full. The waiter walked to many other tables. But didn't get to ours. After a total of 20 minutes inside the place, waiting around 15 minutes we decided to leave the place. Even then no waiter went to our table. I walked to the waiters and told them we ware leaving, and the ware surprised about that. The star is for the bad service. The food looked nice.

I was there with a friend of mine 3 days ago and we left the restaurant really disappointed! We ordered our meal and after waiting for almost 50 m to be served we obviously decided to ask if something went wrong, our surprise was to know that we‘d have to wait for 15 more minutes!! Terrible service and to make matters worse we missed our return train home, having plenty of time!

Delicious burgers and awesome atmosphere. I ordered vegan burger(Trüffelfee) and truffle fries. The burger was delicious, nothing special though and the truffle fries as well. Each table has four sauces(Ketchup, Mayo, Bbq sauce and mango curry), which I'd like to add a credit. The atmosphere was somehow very young and delightful. I'd certainly visit here again.

Tasty burgers

Wasn't very good. The food was very average and not value for money.

I had the fleenfluge sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich is basically grilled chicken with what I think was a mango chutney, along with your standard lettuce and tomato. I gave them three stars more for the slow service, the waitress couldn't even remember one order at a time, and their POS system was dreadfully slow.

It was okay, my server was very nice though.

Very slow and bad service. The staff was just hanging around and talking to eachother instead of paying attention to the customers. Saw people getting annoyed and leaving the restaurant because nobody took their orders. We got served two cold overpriced processed hamburgers. Coffe was supposed to be included in their lunch offer but they tried to charge me 8 euros extra for two coffes. What was supposed to be a quick lunch took almost 1.5 hours. Not even worth half the price we paid. Avoid this place.

Very expensive but ok

As an American this place was fantastic. In the States we prioritize big and juicy. We don't pay much attention to flavors and textures but this place had my full attention on those two topics. Filling, perfect portions, and very very well made.

Almost an hour wait for food, half decent burger, but its presentation is very doll and not that exciting. We had lemonade for our drinks, which we got within ten minuts, their were worth the money and came in 0.5cl. I saw people that did not get they food While we ate, and they have waited almost aslomg as us.

Good burgers, friendly staff, good drinks, big portions and clean bathrooms. No AC, so it got quite hot during this heat wave, but the second floor was cooler then outside.

We only had a few drinks but they were all good. Nice place, surprisingly large. Service good. I would come here again.
